Social services

We have built an exceptional interpreter network across the East Midlands and the UK in over 200 languages. Our professional social services interpretation services help social workers, Children centre workers or individual to communicate with non-English speakers in a range of day-to-day situations.
The general population across Lincolnshire and the East Midlands is very diverse regarding faith, ethnicity, culture, language, gender, and sexuality.  We have developed a diverse workforce and actively promote sensitive and appropriate service delivery.  We are aiming always to demonstrate a commitment to ensuring that our social services interpreters meet the diverse needs of their target client group.
Our social services interpreters are not only extremely familiar with the relevant languages involved but are well-versed in terminology used by social services and children services.
We are aware that Local Authorities have multi-agency policies and procedures to protect children and vulnerable adults from abuse.  These policies and procedures are followed by our team if they need to help with interpretation on behalf of a child. We also have our own internal guidelines to protect children from abuse that are consistent with the multi-agency policies and procedures.
We train our interpreters fully and they are bound to maintain strict confidentiality protocol, internal code of conducts regarding conversations that occur during any assignments.
All the Interpreters are registered with an appropriate regulator, are suitably qualified and have the skills and training to work in health and social care environments.
