Project Management
All enquiries are treated as a priority, and our team of Project Managers are always on hand to take your calls and answer any queries - no voice mail, no automated system, and no call queuing.
You will be assigned a Project Manager to ensure continuity and consistency in the service we provide.
They will ensure the project runs smoothly, giving an efficient service and an accurate outcome - within the agreed deadline.
5-step Quality Assurance Process
We are very proud of our 5-step Quality Assurance Process; this ensures that every project is managed under controlled conditions. Translation is carried out by a qualified native speaker then the 5-step process begins.
  1. Translation reviewed by subject matter expert in the target language.
  2. The initial translator edits the document based on recommendations made.
  3. A Project Coordinator applies standard formatting styles or as per clients request.
  4. The document is sent to a proof reading expert to be checked for accuracy.
  5. A final quality control check to verify that the client’s requests have been met.
