Please note: This does not include your bank's processing time. On the date the refund is completed, we'll send you an e-mail message confirming the date, amount and payment details.
Can I get a refund for something bought ONLINE?
NO - for express translations (48hrs). In agreeing to an express translation this service will have already generated the work to be commissioned
YES - for all other translations PROVIDED YOU INFORM US WITHIN 24HRS of ordering.
Will any return costs be refunded?
If you return something because of an error on our part or because it's incorrect, through translating into the wrong language or incorrect grammar, we will need certified evidence that the translation is incorrect.
We will check all items returned as incorrect, on receipt of the evidence. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.
In the event we are at fault, we will refund the full amount paid to us, as well as the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us (either by a personalised pre-paid return label or by refunding your return postage costs).
Courses:
Refunds are normally only made when a course is cancelled by PAB Translation.
All other situations are decided on in a case by case situation by the management team. However, our usual policy is not to refund cancellations unless in extreme circumstances.
